To ensure effective cleaning, follow these simple steps: Prior to applying the solution, use a brush and eraser to remove loose dirt from your suede article. Remember to brush in the direction of the nap, the soft surface made of tiny fibers. Always test the cleaner foam on a small hidden area before applying. Spray the foam on the brush and gently scrub the entire surface in circular motions, ensuring even application and avoiding excessive pressure. For shoes, use a stretcher to maintain their shape. Wipe clean with a hi-tech cloth to remove excess foam and water. Allow the item to air dry completely, about 1 hour. Avoid using heat, which can damage the material. Once dry, use a soft-bristled brush to restore the suede's nap by brushing in one direction, following the material's natural grain. Repeat these steps as needed to keep your suede looking revitalized.
